Subclass 190 - Skilled Nominated Visa

Permanent Residence

Overview

Get an extra 5 points through state or territory nomination, increasing your chances of invitation significantly.

Subclass 188 - Business Innovation & Investment (Provisional)

After holding the 188 visa, you can apply for Subclass 888 (Business Innovation and Investment - Permanent) after meeting stream-specific requirements such as:

  • Operating a business in Australia for required period

  • Maintaining required investments
  • Living in nominating state
